Terms and Conditions

• Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over.
• Entries should be received before 3.30pm on March 1st 2010
• All entries must be submitted with an entry form.
• Entrants are limited to 1 entry only and all entries must contain the following information; (i) entrants name, (ii) address, (iii) contact details, (iv) shoe size, (v) 1 full length photograph of themselves modelling their favourite pair of shoes.
• No entries will be accepted after the closing date. Gluv Footwear does not accept liability for lost or late entries due to postal or Internet services.
• Gluv Footwear’s selection of entrant is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The selected entrant will be contacted by phone or email by no later than 5th March 2010. Where we have not been able to contact the selected entrant successfully, after reasonable attempts, the entrant will forfeit their place and it will be offered to another entrant.
• The selected entrant must agree to allow Gluv Footwear to photograph them and must agree to take part in any post-competition publicity if required.
• The selected entrant must be available on March 21st and March 22nd 2010* for a photo shoot that will take place at Oulten Hall.
• Gluv Footwear will provide for accommodation at Oulten Hall for 1 nights stay on March 21st 2010*. This date is non negotiable.
• Travel arrangements will also organised by Gluv Footwear
• The selected entrant is allowed to be accompanied by one guest.
• Gluv Footwear reserve the right to (i) cancel or adapt the competition, (ii) vary or change the prizes, (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches the rules or who commits a fraud, at any stage, if in their opinion it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside its control.
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them when entering the competition.
