How To Order Online
Welcome to the exciting world of Gluv Footwear – the High Street fashion favourite now available direct to your door? Want to order from the comfort of your own home? Then online ordering is what you need.

Selecting A Product
You can view the products range by clicking on the ‘our range’ icon located on the home page of gluvfootwear.co.uk. By selecting the most relevant category you can choose from all products displayed under that particular category.

Zoom In Feature
On the product page you can zoom in to see the shoes in amazing close-up detail and also view all the colourways for each different product. This can be done by clicking on the ‘click on image to zoom in’ section of the selected product. Then by simply using the magnifying glass you can zoom in/out, scroll left/right by selecting the arrows at the bottom of the screen or change the colour by clicking on the relevant colour icon.

Add an item to your shopping basket
After locating the goods you want, select a size and colour and click on the button 'Add to Trolley' at the bottom right.

You will then go to your 'shopping basket', where you get an overview of the items that have already been added to your shopping basket.

Next to each item there is a button called 'delete' that you can use to remove an item from your shopping basket. You can also increase the quantity ordered for each item by clicking on the ‘plus’ button .
By clicking on ‘continue shopping’ you can continue to add to your shopping basket, when you are satisfied with the content of your shopping basket, you can proceed to the next of the checkout process by clicking on the 'checkout' button

Checkout step 1: Delivery address
Enter your postcode and submit

This will prompt a list of addresses to select from

Check the details are correct and fill out the the remaining mandatory fields marked with *

Checkout step 2: Payment details
Please check the content of your shopping basket and proceed to fill in your debit/credit card details.

After completing your card details please ensure that your card billing address is correct. When you are satisfied that all details are correct you can complete your order by clicking on the 'submit' button

Order Confirmation
An order confirmation reciept form will be diplayed once your order has been successfully completed, you will also receive a confirmation form e-mail with an order number and an overview of the ordered goods.

You can also print out the order information for later reference.
